Refund Policy

At NXT 1UP Baseball Elizabethtown, we realize that absences from a scheduled lesson, camp, or clinic may occur for a variety of reasons, however, it does not entitle you to a refund.

Once you have registered and paid for a camp/clinic/event, etc., and are unable to attend, no refund will occur but, you will be allowed to apply this payment towards a future Legends program during the next twelve months.  However, once a camp/clinic/event has begun and the Player withdraws or is a “no show,” no refund will occur, nor can you apply the payment towards a future Legends program. 

Illness or a scheduling problem on the Player’s part during the camp or clinic causing the Player to miss any part of the camp does not entitle you to a partial refund or make-up lesson.

Lessons –Lesson and lesson packages are non-refundable.  Lesson packages may be used anytime within a year of purchase. Players may cancel or reschedule a reserved Lesson 24 hours prior to the original lesson without any penalties. Any lesson canceled or rescheduled on the same day as the lesson will result in a 50% charge of the lesson. A “No Show” will result in a full charge for that lesson. This applies to both individual and group lessons. 

Cage and Field rentals may be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the original rent
