How Do I Cancel My Membership
After your 3 month commitment. While we hate to see you cancel your membership, our cancellation process is as follows, so the best way to begin the cancellation process is to contact our front desk NXT 1UP location to confirm the cancellation policy or you can stop by the facility and cancel in person. If you have other questions, please contact our management team. Your cancellation will happen according to your sign-up date. For example, if you sign up on 1 August, You want to cancel on September 15th your cancelation will happen on October 1 your sign-up date/day.
