About US
NXT 1UP was founded in 2020 by 22 Year Army Veteran David Ricks, Trevon Marshall & Friend Darrel Singleton.
CEO, David Ricks, traveling around to different cities and realizing private lessons were needed in Elizabethtown, David quickly realized that he had a rare opportunity at their fingertips.
Their simple goal was to provide an indoor facility that matched the level of quality players in the area. They turned their dream into a reality with their first location in Elizabethtown, KY will not be the last!
Our main goal was to provide a quality teaching environment with professional instruction to enhance the baseball and softball experience for players at all levels and help them reach their goals.

NXT 1UP Baseball Elizabethtown trains and conditions aspiring All-Stars ages 7 and up to achieve athletic merit in the sport of baseball. Through private instruction and group training, NXT 1UP combines physical and mental aspects of the sport to initiate players' major league aspirations.

Per the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Department of Revenue, effective 1/1/2023, we have been notified that we will have to begin charging a sales tax of 6% on all of our services (individual and group lessons, camps, etc.).
While we recognize that this may be financially difficult for some families, we ask that you call your State Representative to voice your thoughts and opinions on this matter.

At NXT 1UP, there are many benefits to our membership program. NXT 1UP Memberships award you with discounts on lessons, camps and clinics, cage rentals, and pro shop merchandise. One of the biggest benefits to being a member is being able to use the pitching machines for FREE everyday. Not only does this provide players with the reps they need to improve, but it is also the perfect way to warm up before your next hitting lesson. There are two levels of membership at NXT 1UP: Most popular is out PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP Gives you "UNLIMITED Pitching Machine Tokens per day".
NXT 1UP is an indoor youth baseball and softball practice facility created for personal and team training. Hourly rentals are available. Facility includes batting cages, hack a sack pitching machines, HitTrax and much more!
NXT 1UP offers lessons with professional instructors for every aspect of the game.
We keep up-to-date so that you are getting the best experience possible.
Members get discounts on lessons, camps, and even merchandise in our Pro Shop.
We offer over 15 camps/clinics annually. Regardless of skill level or position, there is always something to learn at NXT 1UP!

Host your next Baseball or Softball Birthday Party at NXT 1UP!
Reserve for a 2-hour party. We close the facility to the public so you can enjoy the entire facility just for your birthday party attendees. The NXT 1UP birthday parties include automated batting cages, our two Hittrax Simulators, HR Derby, Team competitions, Wiffle Ball, and Dodge Ball. We also have Laser Tag!
Invite your friends, family, and teammates. You can bring your own food, cake, drinks, and decorations. We will provide baseball and softball instructors to facilitate the party. The kids will have a blast….and so will the parents!! With the form below, you can request a party for Saturday or Sunday.
